  1. Thank you for this helpful reminder- I love the way the bible completely describes adoption as utterly the same- completely grafted in. Now sharing the same history, ancestors, privileges.

  2. Thanks for this Lucy. My 2 older brothers were adopted by my parents before I was born and so from a different position I can so relate to this with questions I’ve had asked of me, or things I’ve heard said to them or my parents. So many daft / insensitive / downright offensive things said at times – especially when linked to the fact that they are both of African heritage so clearly very visibly different…
